This classy dining room is made more interesting by the brightly illuminated display kitchen that allows you to watch the artful assembly of each plate. A multi-course menu is offered and is designed to be a surprise for guests. The restaurant is careful to inquire of any allergies during the reservations stage and attempt to accommodate you. Often the meal begins with seafood oriented dishes and moves on to some red meat options and then dessert. The waitstaff is exceptionally engaging.
