Everything at this pizzeria sings with flavor, from the cauliflower fritti appetizer served with a spicy mint aioli to pizzas hot from the wood-burning oven. There are some intriguing pizza topping combinations, like guanciale (cured pork), Brussels sprouts, red onions and fresh mozzarella and there are daily specials such as crispy duck leg served with Umbrian lentils.
