This locally owned-and-operated establishment is downtown in a historic structure built over 150 years ago. The premise of the menu is based on the diet of local residence of that time. The chef tweaks the recipes to add some pizzazz. Once seated your server brings hot freshly baked biscuits along with cane butter.
