Helmed by chef Shingo Akikuni, this acclaimed restaurant offers an intimate dining room that only seats 14 guests around the chef’s counter. The menu changes often, with a heavy focus on locally-sourced ingredients as well as the freshest selections flown in from Japan each day. The traditional omakase has a heavy focus on nigiri, but also includes a number of hot and cold cooked dishes of seafood and/or vegetables. Each summer the restaurant offers a shorter, nigiri-focused omakase experience.
