AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
The chef duo offer a phenomenal menu using locally sourced ingredients from farms, ranches and dairies. The main courses range from bison steak with a green peppercorn sauce to sake braised chicken. The appetizers are well worth considering including grilled calamari and red lentil dip. Additionally there’s a circulating dim sum cart offering delectable starters like Korean-style meatballs. Brunch is served on both Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
