This funky bistro is a little hard to get to, just north of the downtown core in the Mordecai neighborhood, but foodies beat a path here for the daily changing menu of inventive, unfussy fare. Selections feature a handful of entrées, often including a pasta, a beef, and a seafood, but the backbone of the menu is the list of generous-size small plates. Two or three easily make a meal. Crispy pig head is a signature dish; it's a lightly fried pulled pork patty of jowl meat with beluga lentils.
