Born out of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, this spot takes a more casual and fun turn in the tradition of a fountain shop with an old-style marble counter bar and tables. The main event is breakfast, which is served all day. Rounding out the offerings are desserts prepared from made-in-house ice cream, a few salads and sides. A grab 'n go component of restaurant is in adjacent store front.
