The menu often changes weekly to take advantage of the local produce available from the establishment's 8-acre farm in nearby Brewster. Stars also specializes in preparing fresh fish and native seafood caught daily and transported directly from the famous fishing pier down the road. Diners will enjoy the fantastic view of Nantucket Sound and the interior serenity of the semi formal dining room. The restaurant is often closed mid-week between November and mid May, therefore it is best to confirm.
