Head up a flower-trimmed elevator within Salt 7 restaurant, to enjoy a unique and trendy experience dining on the freshest possible sushi. You’ll be seated at the chef’s counter where you can see the preparation of each course. The chefs are friendly and happy to share as much information as you’d care to hear. The standard dining experience lasts 60 minutes and includes 12 courses, but keep your eye open for the “bougie” option that includes more courses and sake.
