This acclaimed chef prepares his modern Greek cuisine and incorporates what he calls “island cooking techniques.” He emphasizes quality ingredients rather than highly manipulated sauces. Most of the dishes created in the kitchen are roasted or braised. Try the rock shrimp with feta for an appetizer and incorporates a rich tomato sauce with ouzo, it is exceptional. The dining room is gorgeous with an obvious Mediterranean vibe, lovely pendant lighting and plush seating.
