For the uninitiated, Peruvian cuisine may surprise with its heavy Chinese influences. The menu features many fried rice and stir-fry dishes but the delicious lomo saltado is a universal favorite. Chunks of tender filet mignon are tossed with onion and tomato and served over french fries. Ceviche lovers will find multiple versions on the menu as well as other seafood dishes. The chicha morada, or purple corn beverage, is a great accompaniment to any meal.
