This is one of only a handful of places that makes the noodles in house, so diners are in for a treat. Served hot or cold, the chilled dipping soba is routinely voiced as a favorite. A variety of starters and chef specialties are available, but adventurous eaters may want to try the omakase, which requires a 24-hour advance order and a generous dinner budget.
