Chocolate is the theme at this Chef/Owned bistro in the outskirts of Leesburg. The setting is lively, yet intimate with seating around the bar and in the dining area, where you can watch chocolate candies and pastries made in the glass enclosed chocolate lab. The Chef not only creates mouth-watering chocolates treats, he also prepares some delicious entrees in which he creatively uses chocolate in the recipe. The list of hand-crafted cocktails is extensive and yes chocolate is used in some.
