This oasis of country-side refinement is set in a beautiful manor modeled after a château in the south of France. The dining room provides a stately atmosphere for elegant, purely destination dining. The 30-foot vaulted ceiling, the dual fireplaces and the Pecky cypress wall paneling are impressive. The menu centers on gourmet cuisine and features such specialty items as filet mignon a la homard, seared sea bass, foaming escargot in pastry and prime beef. The service is skilled and diligent.
