This elegant dining room features soaring floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the wetlands and bay. The menu features classic favorites with some modern sauces. Specialties include shrimp risotto, roast duck, veal pistachio, lollipop lamb chops and drunken chicken in a dark rum sauce. Traditional cream of crab soup and jumbo lump crab cakes per the Maryland tradition also are served.
