AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
This elegant lodge features a creative menu that includes Utah rack of lamb, bison filet and Big Glory Bay king salmon. Seasonal items may consist of Kumamoto oysters on the half-shell, nori and ahi tuna tartare with smoked caviar, wild mushroom tart or Maine lobster chowder, all artistically presented. The chef also proposes a six- or eight-course tasting experience. The sticky toffee pudding is a sweet finish. Complimentary underground parking is available.
