- Please arrive on-site 30 minutes before your booking. The entire process, including waiting time, preparation, and the jump itself, typically takes 2-3 hours. This duration may vary depending on peak hours or busy days of the week.
- Bungee jumping is ideal year-round, except during the monsoon season.
- Failing to reach the location at the mentioned time will be considered a NO SHOW, and no refund will be provided.
- The activity may be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, you will be informed of the next available time slot.
- Please note that the money will not be refunded if you fail to jump.
