Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
Meeting Point & Pick-Up: Please provide your cruise ship name or hotel information at the time of booking so we can arrange the correct meeting or pick-up location. Hotel pick-up is available only within the Seven Mile Beach area. If cruise ship or hotel information is not provided at the time of booking, the standard meeting point will be Cayman Falls Plaza.
