After you meet up at Regal Cinema-an iconic Art Deco cinema theatre in Colaba, Gufram takes you to relish a glass of hot chai (tea) in a typical Mumbai place. That sets you up for the rest of the absorbing trip through south Mumbai! Next stop is Sassoon Docks - one of the oldest docks built in 1875. Followed by a visit to observe traditional laundry washing, meeting a resident family in one of the sprawling slums, the fisherfolk's village. A ride on the Marine Drive and then a history lesson at Gandhi House. And deeper into history with a visit to the ancient Banganga Holy Tank (built in the 12th century).
