Please be advised that if your booking does not include tickets, you are responsible for purchasing your own for the 12:00–13:00 time slot. Please note that this is a peak period with limited availability, and having a booking without tickets does not guarantee entry. To avoid disappointment, or the inconvenience of finding the museum at full capacity upon your arrival, we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance at the official website tickets.hh.
