Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Sandals and flip-flops are not permitted.
Please arrive directly at Rainforest Adventures St. Maarten – Rockland Estate at least 30 minutes before your selected tour time for check-in. Your reservation is valid for the specific time slot selected at booking.
Transportation is not included. Guests are responsible for making their own way to Rockland Estate.
After your experience, taxis are available outside Rockland Estate to take you back to the cruise port, your hotel, or your next destination.
Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
The attraction operates weather permitting and may be delayed or temporarily suspended when conditions require it.
Views of Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Barts, and Anguilla depend on weather and visibility conditions.
