About SpringdaleFounded by Mormon pioneers in the 1850s, Springdale caters to tourists thanks to its location at the south entrance to Zion National Park. There are numerous accommodations and shops in town. Outdoor concerts—with a mountain backdrop providing natural acoustics—are presented at the 1,500-seat O.C.
