AAA Editor Notes
The Topiary Park is at 480 E. Town St. at Washington Ave. in Old Deaf School Park. The garden is a landscape rendition of Georges Seurat's Postimpressionist landscape painting “A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte.” Sculptor James T. Mason designed, created and installed the topiaries that represent 54 people, eight boats, three dogs, a monkey and a cat; the largest figure is 12 feet high. A pond represents the river Seine.

In addition to the topiaries, you can enjoy a picnic on the grounds (picnic tables are available) and watching the ducks around the water. The visitor center shows a video about the park.

Guided tours are available. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
