Parking of any vehicles, golf cart or motorcycle on the landscaped and grass areas of a unit, on common areas, or on vacant unimproved areas is prohibited. ā€¢The parking lots around the clubhouse and in front of the tennis court are for short terms stay visiting guests and for persons attending functions in these recreational areas. No long-term parking is permitted on these parking lots. ā€¢No all-terrain vehicles (ATVā€™s) are to be operated in the Resort. ā€¢Cargo trailers, motorcycle trailers, and tow dollies, are not permitted to be stored on any unit, road or undeveloped are of the Resort, except in the on-site designated local storage area.

Pets:

ā€¢All pets shall be kept leashed and under control of their owner whenever they are outside. ā€¢Pets are not allowed in the following areas: all common buildings, the gym, the pools and pool ā€¢Decks, the shuffle board, bocce ball, volley ball and tennis courts.

Pools:

ā€¢Large floats, cushions, or balls shall ššŽš“ be used if more than five people in the pool. ā€¢Infant children shall wear pool pants. ššŽ šƒšˆš€šš„š‘š’ š€š‹š‹šŽš–š„šƒ. ā€¢Paper tissues and glass of any kind are not allowed in the pool area. ā€¢Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. ā€¢No pets shall be allowed on the pool deck or pool area.

Safety and Security:

ā€¢ The discharge of firearms, fireworks, and other dangerous devices is not permitted in the resort. ā€¢ Do not feed wild or stray animals anywhere in the resorts. Birds maybe fed only through the use of bird feeders on your unit only. ā€¢ All connections to the sewage have to be secured with a doughnut or similar type. ā€¢ Only one motor coach per site. ā€¢ Clotheslines of any type are not allowed on the premises and may not be used (including ladder type). ā€¢ An adequate dress code is to be observed throughout the resort. ā€¢ Rules at the swimming pools and Jacuzzi must be observed for the safety of everyone. ā€¢ Parents are responsible for the actions and the safety of their children under 16 years old.

Guest:

ā€¢ All guests must register at the reception office upon arrival. ā€¢ Unit Owners and tenants will be responsible and accountable for their guest actions.
