In addition to these rules, you must adhere to the specific facility rules posted. Failure to comply will result in your prompt removal from the property without refund. These rules are subject to change at any time.

Payment Deadlines

Camping fees must be paid on the due date. A $50 late fee will be charged every 7 days past due.

Pet Rules

1. All pets must be kept on a leash and must be picked up after. Please use the correct bag to rid of their messes. // 2. No more than ‘‘3’’ pets per RV. // 3. We do allow dog pens however you must be outside with your pet while they are in the pen. At no times may any pet be left unattended in a pen or while on a lead. If you choose to have a pen at your site you are responsible for the upkeep of the grass within the pen – you are still responsible for picking up your pet’s messes within the pen!

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.

Substance Policy

Public drunkenness or illegal drug use will result in immediate ejection without refund.

Pond Rules

1. No motorized vehicles are allowed around the pond. // 2. No vessels of any kind are allowed on the pond. // 3. You may fish in the lake, but it is catch and release.

Vehicle Parking

All vehicles must be registered, parked within your campsite, and kept off the grass. No rugs may be placed on the grass.

Vehicle Repairs

No auto repairs allowed unless cleared by the office.

Golf Cart Rules

All golf carts must be registered with the office, have working lights, and be driven only by licensed drivers aged 16 or older.

Fire Safety

All fires must be contained in a fire pit or container. No uncontained fires, and do not burn leaves or trash.

Prohibited Items

No window A/C units, tents, clotheslines, or clothes racks of any kind at campsites.

Trash Disposal

Place all trash in dumpsters located throughout the park. Do not put household trash in small campground trash cans.

Child Supervision & Pool Safety

Children under 16 must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times, especially at the pool. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguards are provided. Parents/guardians are responsible for any damage caused by unsupervised children.

Registered Guests Only

Only registered guests can occupy their campsite and only one RV is allowed per campsite.

Campsite Cleanliness

Keep your campsite free of trash, cigarette butts, bottles, cans, and debris. It is your responsibility to keep your site neat and tidy.

Speed Limit

Please always observe and obey our 10 MPH speed limit.
