If you ever find yourself in Kenmare, have a look at the town's restored Danish windmill, built in 1902. You can't miss this red structure with four bright white, 18-foot-long vanes. It stands downtown in Danish Mill Park, which also has a scattering of picnic tables, benches, trees and summer flower beds. Centennial Park, adjacent to US 52, is dedicated to pioneers and citizens who served in the armed forces.
