Set within a historic Spanish Revival estate built between 1924 and 1927 by George B. Roberson, this long-standing restaurant surrounds a picturesque central courtyard shaded by mature, 50-plus-year-old trees. Opened in 1974, the restaurant takes its name from Vallauris, the celebrated artisan town on the French Riviera. The menu complements the distinctive setting with masterfully prepared French-Mediterranean classics, including Dover sole, soufflés and rack of lamb.
