Look for the red lantern out front for a meal you won't soon forget. The pub is unassuming, but the staff provides quality service and information about the food and drink menus. The cuisine is flavorful, ranging from the usual (maki, miso soup, gyoza) to the unique (fermented soybean and okra salad, french fries with caviar and spicy mayo). The omakase menu, a multiple-course chef's tasting experience, is available Tuesday to Saturday by reservation.
